Customer Comments I've already made good use of many of the points that you mentioned. One machine manufacturer (name omitted) who does placements for $60/location doesn't even use a contract. They just say "we've been in business for over 19 years and we'll place 'em... we don't do any of that 'right of refusal stuff' " ... very scary! Thanks for putting together a very useful document.
